Hello! My name's Ariane, and I'm 17.

I'm a teenage girl with a prominent passion for Photography.

English, Indian, Chinese, Welsh and Jamaican blood runs through my veins - but it's all one colour to me. I love learning about different cultures, travelling to new places and discovering new things.

Since young it has always been apparent that I've had a keen interest in Photography. I feel that Photography allows me to put to advantage my particular eye for detail to observe the world around me in great depth. To pull out the beauty of a moment and freeze it within a frame forever.
Everything - no matter how big or small, contains a spark of hidden, potential beauty Just waiting to burst - colourfully filling the frames of a photograph. I guess I could say the camera lens acts as my magnifying glass to see, appreciate, and capture beautiful images of what this world has to offer.

Pictures are a way to craft your abstract viewpoint into something visually beautiful which other eyes and minds can appreciate. When you view a piece of art, you see the art through your very own artistic eye, deciphering what you feel the artist is trying to tell through the photo, and what the picture says to you personally too.

When you take a photo, the lens becomes your mind's eye.

This is why, as I love to take pictures, I always emphasise the phrase "From my perspective, to Yours". Because that's really all it is. Once you place that camera to your face, you're literally taking a picture through your mind's eye. What shows up on that screen and slid out through that printer is something you saw, and cared to share with the world.

The ability to share such moments with other minds and eyes in a community such as this is an unbelievable bonus. It's amazing

While still maintaining Photography as a hobby for now, I am certain it shall continue to play a large role in my life, and I'm anticipating where it's going to take me in the future
